These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dunigo eSIM website (dunigo.com) and all related services provided by Dunigo ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
2. eSIM Services
Dunigo provides digital eSIM products that enable mobile data connectivity in supported countries. By purchasing an eSIM from Dunigo, you acknowledge and agree that:
- eSIMs are digital products delivered electronically via email
- Each eSIM QR code can only be installed on one device and used once
- eSIM activation is subject to network availability in the destination country
- Data speeds may vary depending on local network conditions and congestion
- Dunigo eSIMs provide data only — voice calls and SMS are not included unless explicitly stated
- Your device must be unlocked and eSIM-compatible to use our services
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order with Dunigo:
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
- We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
- Your order confirmation and eSIM QR code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Dunigo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
As eSIMs are digital products that are delivered and activated electronically, the following refund policy applies:
- Before activation: If your eSIM QR code has not been scanned or activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase
- After activation: Once an eSIM has been activated and data usage has begun, refunds are not available
- Technical issues: If you experience a technical issue preventing activation that is caused by Dunigo, we will offer a replacement eSIM or full refund
- Incompatible devices: Refunds are not available for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dunigo.com with your order number and reason for the request.
5. Service Availability and Limitations
Dunigo strives to provide reliable eSIM connectivity; however, you acknowledge that:
- Network coverage and data speeds depend on local carriers and infrastructure beyond our control
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to network maintenance, outages or technical issues
- Data packages have a validity period as specified at the time of purchase — unused data expires after this period
- Fair use policies may apply in certain countries — excessive data usage may result in reduced speeds
- Dunigo does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Dunigo services for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Sending spam, unsolicited messages or bulk communications
- Distributing malware, viruses or harmful software
- Reselling or redistributing Dunigo eSIM services without authorization
- Using automated tools or bots to access our services
- Any activity that disrupts or interferes with our network or services
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your service without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dunigo website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Dunigo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dunigo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
- Loss of data, revenue or profits
- Service interruptions caused by third-party network providers
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
- Any issues arising from incompatible or carrier-locked devices
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant eSIM product.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dunigo, its officers, directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
Dunigo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
