Unlike traditional SIM cards, Dunigo eSIMs are delivered instantly via email after your purchase is confirmed. There is no physical product to ship — your eSIM is a digital profile installed directly on your device.

Receive Your eSIM via Email

Within minutes of payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code and activation instructions. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Install Your eSIM

Open your phone's Settings, go to Mobile Data or Cellular, and scan the QR code to install your eSIM profile. This takes less than 2 minutes.

We recommend activating your eSIM data upon arrival at your destination. Simply enable the Dunigo eSIM profile in your settings and you're connected instantly.


Delivery Timeframe

All Dunigo eSIMs are delivered digitally with the following timeframes:

  • Standard orders: Delivered within 5-15 minutes of payment confirmation
  • Peak hours: May take up to 30 minutes during high-demand periods
  • Manual review orders: In rare cases may require up to 2 hours

Please make sure to enter the correct email address during checkout. Your eSIM QR code will be sent to this address. If you do not receive your eSIM within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

Carrier Lock

Your device must be unlocked to use a Dunigo eSIM. If your phone is locked to a specific carrier, please contact your carrier to unlock it before purchasing.


Installation Instructions

For iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan
  • Scan the QR code received in your email
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation
  • Label your eSIM (e.g. "Dunigo Travel") for easy identification

For Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.):

  • Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add Mobile Plan
  • Select Scan Carrier QR Code
  • Scan the QR code received in your email
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to activate

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I install my eSIM before I travel?

Yes, you can install the eSIM profile on your device before your trip. However, we recommend activating the data plan only when you arrive at your destination.

Can I use my eSIM on multiple devices?

No. Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and installed once, on one device. Once installed, the QR code becomes invalid.

What if I lose my QR code?

Please contact our support team with your order details. We will resend your eSIM information if it has not yet been activated.

My eSIM is not working. What should I do?

First, make sure your device is in an area with network coverage. If the issue persists, please contact our 24/7 support team and we will assist you immediately.
